Do I need to book tickets in advance?
No, tickets can be purchased at the entrance, but we recommend booking in advance during weekends and holidays to avoid queues.
Is there parking available at the zoo?
Yes, free parking is available at the Gateway Extra Shopping Centre.
Are food and drinks allowed inside the zoo?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but we have a café on-site offering a variety of meals, snacks and beverages.
Is the zoo wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our facilities are designed to be wheelchair-friendly, and we also have wheelchairs available for hire.
Can I host a birthday party or private event at the zoo?
